Police send thanks after missing Hartlepool woman is found after appeal

Cleveland Police has sent thanks to all those who helped in the search for a Hartlepool woman after she went missing.

Officers leading the search for 29-year-old Stephanie Ellis launched an appeal on social media for members of the public to come forward if they had any information relating to her whereabouts.

Shortly after launching late yesterday, Wednesday, February 3, the force confirmed she had been found.

A spokesperson said: “Missing Stephanie Ellis has been found safe and well, thank you for sharing our appeal.”
