A person was taken to hospital after they were reported to be lying in a busy road in Hartlepool.
The North East Ambulance Service and Cleveland Police attended the incident in West View Road at around 11am on Thursday, April 8.
A spokesman for the ambulance service said: “We received a call at 11.15 this morning to a patient reported to be lying in the road.

Details of injuries are not known.
